St. John’s Port Authority

• The St. John’s Port Authority main office building is a unique structure located on the city’s harbourfront designed to look like a lighthouse. In 2020, we completed upgrades to the building’s exterior, including existing building envelope upgrades as well as replacement of steel siding, steel roofing, soffits, facias, trims, gutters and downspouts.
