Bonavista Wellness Centre

• The Bonavista Wellness Centre is a community services facility that supports mental health and public health services in the Bonavista area. In 2020, we completed a renovation of the facility for Eastern Health.
• The project consisted of general site services and development as well as interior/exterior renovations of a new wellness centre building.
• On the first level, we installed new gypsum wall board and new fire-rated separations, as per building code requirements.
• On level two, we installed new architectural partitions, finishes, doors, frames, and door hardware, and we completed millwork and miscellaneous specialties.
  
• We also installed a new vertical wheelchair lift with access to all levels from vestibule landing, as well as provisions for new mechanical and electrical systems for levels one and two.
