Green Bay Health Centre

PROJECT DESCRIPTION

• In 2020, we finished building the Green Bay Health Centre in Springdale, NL, for Central Health. This project consisted of general site services and development and the construction of a one-story health care facility that provides the community with access to modern, high quality health care services.
  Some building details include:
  • New building with a slade on grade, mainly wood structure and steel structure supporting the penthouse floor above.
  • Penthouse floor consists of a steel deck on open web steel joists with concrete infill.
  • Exterior walls made of wood stud, insulation, brick veneer and exterior metal siding.
  • Interior walls made mainly of steel stud, insulation and gypsum board.
  • Rood constructed of wood trusses and asphalt shingles.
  • Overall project is targeting LEED Silver.
