Red Head Recreation Complex

• In 2020, we completed the construction of the Town of Flatrock’s Red Head Recreation Complex, a community chalet that offers summer camps, rental space, and community programs for all ages year-round. The project consisted of the removal and disposal of existing infrastructure and construction of a new building.Some building details include:
  • New building has a slab on grade and wood structure
  • Exterior walls made of wood stud, insulation, brick veneer and exterior vinyl siding
  • Interior walls made mainly of steel stud, insulation and gypsum board
  • Roof is made of wood trusses and asphalt shingles
